New to the PTS app? Here’s how to get started in under a minute:
1. Open the App
Launch the app from your device. If prompted, allow location/call access to help find/call wards/clinics, care homes etc.
2. Browse or Search
Use the home screen to browse for different sections of the app
3. View Details
Tap any result to see contact info, directions, or useful links.
4. Send Feedback
Found something missing or incorrect? Tap the feedback form on the main menu to let us know.
